German Days at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka

More than 1.000 students from Malacca visited the German Day event  at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) on 19 January 2011. The Embassy organised the event as part of the series "GerMANY FACES Malaysia" with the support of the University, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Goethe Institute and ten German companies.
The students gathered informations on job opportunities, studying and research in Germany and watched the movie "The Miracle of Berne".

Infineon and UTeM signed a Memorandum of Understanding on closer co-operation during the opening ceremony of the German Day.
