VIP Visit of Elektrisola Kindergarten

Deputy Minister of Human Resources, YB Senator Dato' Maznah Mazlan, and Ambassador Dr. Günter Gruber paid a visit to the Day Care Centre of the German company Elektrisola (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Pahang.
During the visit on February 22nd, Deputy Minister Maznah pointed out that out of 93 company dare care centres founded since 1992, only 16 were still up and running. Elektrisola Managing Director Thilo Westerhausen commented, that on average, companies in the electronics industry faced a staff turnover of 29%. For those using the company day care centre, turnover was only 3%.
Ambassador Dr. Gruber commended Elektrisola for the excellent workplace conditions - the company also offers health and dental care on the premises - and he stated: „This is the German way of doing it!“
