Baden-Wuerttemberg - The Centre for Health Care Companies in Germany
A group of 15 company representatives from the health care sector, accompanied by a political delegation, visited Kuala Lumpur at the beginning of July.
The delegation actively participated in the "APHM (Association of Private Hospitals in Malaysia) International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition" with a Forum titled "Innovations from the German Southwest", organised workshops and a booth at the Exhibition showcased health care companies from the state.
Mr. Hartmut Reichl, Director General of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Ministry of Finance and Economics, the delegation leader, had talks with the APHM President, representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry, Dato' Jacob Dungau Sagan.
The reception held in the Residence of the German Ambassador gave the delegation and invited guests an excellent opportunity for networking.
Baden-Wuerttemberg sees great potential in present and future
co-operations with the Malaysian healthcare sector.
