The opening hours of the consular department's counters are Mondays to Fridays from 9 am - 12 noon,  and additionally on Thursday afternoon from 1 pm - 3 pm.

SUBMISSION  OF VISA AND PASSPORT APPLICATIONS IN THE MORNINGS UNTIL 11.30 AM AND ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON UNTIL 02.30 PM ONLY

Public Holidays

Please take note that the Embassy is closed on some German Public Holidays like Good Friday and Easter Monday. The Embassy remains open on a number of Malaysian Public Holidays.

Prevention of Corruption

The Directive Concerning the Prevention of Corruption in the Federal Administration of 30 July 2004 lays down the legal framework for the anti-corruption tasks at the Federal Foreign Office headquarters and at German missions abroad. The Directive is intended to offer clear and concise guidelines on honest, fair and transparent actions by the federal administration.
